Lesvos
is the 3rd largest island of Greece. Its
population is 90,000 people.
It
is a mountainous island with many olive trees which produce an excellentolive
oil.
The
island is also famous for its vineyards and the well known ouzo drink.
Hot
springs for health spa are spreadalong the island.
The
site of 100,000 sqm is a peninsula and is planned to be developed as a
holiday village.
It
will include 50 private holiday houses and a resort hotel of 120 rooms.
The
village will also include spa, sport leisureand yachting facilities.
The
architecture principles are based upon the local tradition of building with
natural stone and a square roof with tiles together with modern approach of
large veranda and openings towards the sea.
